Because the Creator Launch Kit and VIP Passes are digital products activated or delivered immediately upon successful payment, transactions are generally non-refundable once accessed or provisioned.
Eligible Refund Conditions
Refunds are promptly granted under the following circumstances:
1. Duplicate charges: Multiple payments inadvertently captured for the same order or checkout attempt.
2. Delivery failure: Payment was captured, but the download link or pass token was not provided and our engineering team cannot resolve the delivery issue.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 7 days of purchase, please visit our Contact page and provide your payment ID (from Razorpay or PayPal). Verified refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
